TCV is committed to delivering long term housing benefits for local communities impacted by VNI West, while also identifying opportunities for accommodation that can meet the needs of the project's construction workforce.

In early 2025, TCV shared a public Expression of Interest (EOI) process for owners of land in the VNI West project area to indicate their interest in siting accommodation or construction laydowns on their land.

This work is in parallel with determining permanent housing solutions for VNI West. We are committed to understanding how we can progress VNI West in a way that meets local needs and creates long term, permanent housing solutions for communities impacted by the project.
